AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION top management is committed to safeguard and protect impartiality in all SHMS & RM auditing activities. This commitment is communicated that AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out SHMS & RM auditing activities. AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION manages conflict of interest to ensure the objectivity of its SHMS & RM auditin.
AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION does not provide any type of consultancy services for advising, preparing, development, implementation, on any matter relating to management systems/risk management for any organization. Hence, AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION does not market any specified consultancy services. Additionally, AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION does not provide management system internal audit services to its clients.
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for conducting a contract review. He shall determine whether the work is within AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION accredited scope of audit. He shall also determine the appropriate man-day and review the availability of competent resources. Other information such as threats to impartiality etc are also reviewed.
The Sales & Marketing Manager, based on the outcome of the contract review, either decline to quote or providing the applicant with a cost indication. Any difference in understanding between the applicant and AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION is resolved by mutual agreement. For decline to quote; the reason(s) will be recorded in the Application Review and client shall be informed accordingly.
AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION shall have legally enforceable arrangements in ensuring the audited clients:
· Do not use or permit the use of AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION ’s audit report or testimony or AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION ’s mark in communication media such as internet, brochures or advertising, or other documents;
· Do not make or permit any misleading statement regarding the audit;
· Do not use or permit the use of audit report or testimony or any part thereof in a misleading way.
Any verbal complaints received will be requested to be confirmed in writing. Only written complaints relating to auditing activities operated by AEON DS GLOBAL CERTIFICATION will be processed in accordance with this procedure.
All complaints are referred initially to the Operations Manager who records summary details in the Complaints Register.
The Operations Manager will write to acknowledge receipt of the complaint and is responsible for establishing the relevance of the complaint.
